Rules governing your use of Crown Spin Club.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Crown Spin Club, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Entertainment Only
Crown Spin Club is a social casino-style entertainment application. It does not provide real-money gambling, cash prizes or items redeemable for money. Virtual coins, chips, rewards and bonuses have no monetary value.
3. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law, the relevant app store and the application’s content rating. You are responsible for ensuring that use of the application is lawful in your location.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not interfere with the application, exploit bugs, use unauthorized software, attempt to access non-public systems, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use the application for unlawful activity.
5. Virtual Items
Virtual items are licensed, not sold. They remain part of the application, cannot be exchanged for cash or external value, and may be modified, limited or discontinued as the application evolves.
6. Availability
We may update, suspend or discontinue features for technical, legal, security or commercial reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
7. Intellectual Property
The application, branding, graphics, software and related content are owned by or licensed to SESPLAN HOLDING and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
8. Disclaimer and Liability
The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. SESPLAN HOLDING is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the application, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means that you accept the revised Terms.
